Services

Zion Appliance Solutions provides appliance repair services for residential customers in the Albuquerque, NM metropolitan area. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances.

Service Call

A service call fee is charged for diagnosis and travel. This fee covers:

Professional diagnosis of your appliance issue
A detailed explanation of the problem
An upfront price quote for the repair

You are under no obligation to proceed with repairs after the diagnosis.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept:

Cash
Credit/Debit Cards
Checks (with valid ID)

Warranty

All repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue reoccurs within 90 days, we will repair it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover:

Issues caused by misuse or abuse
Third-party repairs
Normal wear and tear

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the service call charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
